3.3 Suspicious Activity

Buy138 employs advanced fraud detection systems to monitor Account activity for signs of suspicious behavior, including but not limited to: unusual login patterns, multiple failed login attempts, large or unusual transaction patterns, simultaneous logins from different geographic locations, or attempts to access the Platform using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions.

If we detect suspicious activity on your Account, we may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation, request additional verification documents, or permanently close your Account if fraudulent activity is confirmed. In such cases, buy138 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Buy138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 unless otherwise specified.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 00:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• You must complete KYC verification before requesting your first withdrawal. Unverified Accounts may experience withdrawal delays.
• All bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds without meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus credits.
• Buy138 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (typically exceeding Rp 10,000,000).

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Buy138 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze or close Accounts suspected of money laundering activity. You agree that any funds deposited into your Account must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (turnover requirement). This policy prevents buy138 from being used as a money transfer service.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Buy138 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must meet the stated wagering requirement (also known as turnover or playthrough requirement). For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability
